PLAYING
Netball is a great way to get fit, have fun, and make friends. Netball offers the enjoyment of participation, good health, recognition, and a sense of belonging.
Sunnybank Saints Netball Club is part of the Underwood Park Netball Association and offers the following netball programs and competitions:

NetSetGo!
This program is aimed for 5-10 year olds and is divided into the following:

NET
For ages 5-7 years old, this program is run by Underwood Park Netball Association and is conducted over a specified time period and is aimed at teaching the core skills of Netball.
​
SET
For ages 7-9 years old, this netball competition is played as part of the weekly Saturday competition with modified rules that build on the core skills in a real game situation.
Netball Queensland have updated the age restrictions for 2018 onward and players now turning 7 can play in the Under 8 competition. Saints recommends this option for players who have already completed 1 year of the "NET" division of NetSetGo.

GO!
For ages 10 years old, players are now almost ready for standard competition.

STANDARD COMPETITION
For 11+ years, standard competition rules apply and games are played every Saturday at the Underwood Park Netball Association courts.
